Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all prepaid and Cash on Delivery handbag orders within India. There are no hidden handling or packaging charges — the amount shown at checkout is the final amount payable.

Order processing

• Orders are verified by phone or WhatsApp within 24 hours of being placed.
• Verified orders are dispatched from Bhopal within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Delivery timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days from dispatch.
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days from dispatch.
• Remote or restricted PIN codes: up to 10 business days.

Timelines are estimates. Weather, strikes, festive load and courier-side delays can extend them; we will keep you informed if that happens.

Tracking

Once your handbag is handed to the courier, we share the tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email on the contact details entered at checkout.

Undelivered and refused orders

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. If the parcel is refused or remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or unreachable phone number, it returns to us. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for that number.
