Products

EKARIGAR sells handbags only. Product photographs are shot as accurately as possible; minor variation in colour, texture and hardware finish can occur between screens and between production batches and is not treated as a defect.

Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• MRP is ₹1,999; selling prices range between ₹599 and ₹799 per handbag.
• We accept UPI and Cash on Delivery. Payment is due at the stated time.
• Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

Orders

An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, unserviceable PIN codes, or suspected fraud. Any amount already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full.

Use of the site

• Do not copy, scrape or reuse site content, images or the EKARIGAR name and logo.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of details entered at checkout.

Intellectual property

All content on theEKARIGAR.in, including the EKARIGAR brand mark, product photography and copy, is owned by EKARIGAR and protected under applicable Indian law.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction resting with the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
